Adjusting the AGP Rates

Hello, I recently puchased a PowerCOlor 9600 PRO along with many other things when I built my new PC. After I got it all running, I used 3dmark03, and when comparing my results it said that I have an AGP rate of ox out of 8x. I then looked in the ATI Driver tool, went to smartgart and tried to change it there. After rebooting my PC I rain 3dmark03 again, and compared it to other only to find it set back to 0x. I checked in smartgart, and it was set to off again. In BIOS I have it set to 8x (only 2 options there, 4x and 8x)

Anyon eknow how to fix this?

Did you install your motherboard's chipset drivers (specifically, the AGP driver)? Needs to be installed to run in AGP mode.

Thanks, I thought that driver on the Mobo disc was for something else I wasnt using. Works in 8x now.
