Adjusting outlook to open links in new browser window

Anyone know of a place to go into MS Outlook to adjust such a setting?

Try UNchecking "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" under MSIE's Tools>Options>Advanced>Browsing...

The setting is in IE 5, not Outlook.
