Adjusting old monitors?

I have a couple of old 14" monitor that has kind of a tilted image. Is there a resistor on board that can allow me to adjust the display? I opened one and tinkered with just about all the VR, so far all they can adjust is color and brightness.

If the display is truly tilted you will have to physically rotate the deflection yoke to straighten it up.
