Adjusting mouse speed with Intellipoint software!

How do I adjust the cursor speed of additional devices with the MS Intellipoint software? I hooked up an optical trackball in addition to my optical mouse for easy precision work, but I need to turn down the speed quite a bit. How do I access the trackball's properties in Intellipoint?

Go to Pointer Options and you should be able to change speed in there.

Oops. What about the device setting where you select the mouse/trackball and then change it? Or does it not save the settings for each device?

Nope. I can't figure out how (if) it can be done. Damn.
