Adjusting Headlights : 93 Plymouth Grand Voyager...

As far as I can tell not a single screw in the area will adjust them at all🙁 Thats the entire problem🙁
 
might have to remove that plastic crap around the lights to get to them. I own an 89 caravan and it simple as cake but has a different setup on it.
