Adjusting focus on 21" Dell D1626HT

Hello. I have two 21" Dell D1626HT monitors and on one of them the text is a bit blurry. I was told that the monitor should have an knob inside that allows me to fine-tune the focus. The problem is I have no idea how to remove to cover of my monitor and am a bit worried about doing it as well. Anyone know where I could get a service monitor that would show me how to do this? Thanks.
