I just got thie new heatsink and installed it but it doesnt seem to bring my temps down.. before returning it I wanna see if turning the fan speed up would help much but I dont know how to control the speeds. I read that its in BIOS but I cant seem to find the option on my mobo. do if any with my mobo can show me the way that would be great.

If you want to run it at full speed, disable smartfan in the bios. I read, but have not confirmed, the AC7 pro needs high RPMs since the fins are tightly packed and you need to force air through the space.
