Digital Video Essentials or AVIA would be good choices. Sound and Vision makes a disc as well. There may be sites that have stills or clips of test patterns. You may want to check AVSforum.
You'll also need the color filters unless you can turn off the colors individually.
If you have any discs like Toy Story or anything with the THX logo, it should have the THX optimizer which has very simple calibration patterns. They might be movie specific, I'm not sure.
