Adium not displaying Facebook buddy list

sometime during a previous update, Adium seems to have stopped displaying my facebook buddy list... it says I am connected, all other IM programs display, I haven't changed anything, but it suddenly wont display the list...

anyone have any hints on this, or what could be causing it?
 
It could theoretically be Facebook's fault. I used to have a program that would grab for me a contact's picture, address, birthday, phone number and email address from facebook until FB changed some policy and forbade it.
