I'm trying to find some stock information about Adidas, but it says "Other OTC Issues". What does this mean?

Some trivia for ya...

adidas = Adi Dassler (a German fellow who founded the company.)

My wife works for adidas, which totally kicks ass (he says while sporting an Intel t-shirt and adidas shorts.)
