ADI codec for P5B-DH

I just bought and installed my motherboard with my conroe e6400. I am quite satisfied with the overclocking but I am concerned with the integrated sound. The problem with me is that I can't find the equalizer with the sound drivers. Also, I can't find a way to clone both the rear speakers when just listening to two-channel audio.

I've installed the newest drivers from the asus and upgraded to the newest bios.

There is no option in the main control panel to open equalizer, although there should be. Also, I don't want to use the dolby thing to process my stereo sound. I just want it to stay the way it is just through all 5 channels

I can't help much, because I use a sound card rather than onboard sound, and I have no idea of what controls my system has for that. But, it depends on what kind of audio that you are playing, as to whether you can get 5.1 sound. I can get 5.1 when playing games, or audio CDs, but not on movies, because the OEM version of my DVD player doesn't offer 5.1. I also understand that it isn't possible to get 5.1 on mp3s either.
