Adequate power and cooling

I have an antec 1080 soho file server case with an antec 420W True power supply. I recently added an adaptec 29320 scsi card and a seagate 18.4GB 15K rpm drive.

Am I throwing enough power and cooling towards the system?

Here is just a simple list of the components so you don't have to go to my rig. I use Asus probe and my processors generally run at 55-57 degrees celsius. From what I have read that is ok.

2 Athlon MP 1900+
1 Asus A7M266-D
1 512mb 2100 ecc
1 128mb radeon 9000 AGP
3 IDE 7200RPM drives (100, 30, 40)GB
1 15k rpm scsi drive
1 40x burner
1 U320 SCSI card
1 10/100 network card
1 firewire card
1 usb 2.0 card
5 80mm fans, 1 is a tornado (Is this better positioned blowing cold air in, or sucking hot air out?)
(2 more 80 mm fans are in the power supply, I don't think they count)
1 cool drive 3 added for my scsi drive has a 30mm fan in it and 2 leds
2 cpu fans came with the processors

Thanks for any help whatsoever.
