Adequate Cooling??

I was wondering if the ThermalRight XP90 (with AS5) was adequate enough to cool my AMD X2 3800+ that I plan on OC'ing to at least 2.4ghz clock speeds (higher if I can get it higher of course). I'm just asking because I know the XP90 was pretty good at cooling single core processors but I just wanted to confirm if it could cool dual cores fine.
