Adds with paid subscrition

Why am I getting adds with a paid subscription?
Why dosen't anyone reply to my emails.
It used to allow me to log on twice for my address when I paid subscription fees, now it dosen't work or is there changes made tha I'm unaware of.
I would like some answers to fix this.
 
Absolutely nothing has changed with subscriptions and how they sign in. Your account probably expired, or at least from the limited info given thats what I think.
 
How do I know this and how do I renew, I don't beleive my account ran out because I always get an email and I recall renewing not to long ago.
