Address bar missing/screwed up in IE6

I running IE6, all critical and security updates with Win 2000. Recently my address bar got messed up. I can to go toggle it on and off. But when it is toggled on, it there is no Address window, only it says address on the far right side. Help!

Oops!

Heh heh... I must have dragged it up to the next bar up. Not drop down box or address box showed at all. But once I dragged it back down, all was well with the world. Now I know how to fix it on my parents PC too!
