additional power connectors?

Hi,

I've got a 300w power supply, but I've run out of power connectors for all the devices I've got in my system. What can I do to get more power connectors?

Thanks,
Mentallo

use that 145watt powers supply from your other thread, lol. if you can find some way to attach it inside your case it would work. If you want you can cut up the 145's drive connectors and splice them into your power supply's connectors but it if you run out of connectors you may be at the limit of the supply.

Tonec - that's exactly what I'm looking for, thanks.

Bignate603 - that's an interesting idea -- but I don't have room for it in my case.

I think 300w should be plenty for the following devices:
asus p2b-ds, with 2 PIII/600
256MB RAM
4.5GB SCSI drive
30GB IDE drive
SCSI CD-ROM
SCSI CD-RW
Sound
Video
Network
Modem

I need the extra connector to connect a 15/30GB Quantum DLT drive.

Go with Tonec's suggestion.
Thats what i done when i run out of connectors.
I added one to a 230watt power supply and it coped alright with the extra connector.
nowadays a lot of fans, etc come with a pass though connector
for that exact reason.
