Adding Signature in Outlook Express 6 From Web Page Email Link

I use XP Outlook Express 6 and am trying to create a constant signature to appear when I click on an email link on a web page (I need to add a paragraph as my signature every time I click the link asking the email recipient to allow access to files). The signature works when I create new mail but does not work when I click an email link on a web page. Anyone have an idea as to how I can add a signature from a clickable link on a web page?
