Now that I know that I can run two CPU's with my PSU, I now I have a second question. Will Windows 2000 automagically detect that there is a second CPU and add the appropriate drivers, a la Plug n Play? Or do I need to reinstall? Maybe there is another trick instead of reinstalling?

Thanks again for your assistance.

it will not PnP the second cpu. you can try going into device manager and under the "computer" device it should say "ACPI Uniprocessor PC" or something like that. it may be possible to manually update it to the "ACPI multiprocessor pc." its been a while and i dont remember if it works or not... if it doesnt you will probably have to reinstall.

Geez, look what I found! Easier than I expected, and I strangely didn't find anything when I searched previously. I ended up doing a search for MPS Uniprocessor PC on Google and this was the first result. Too cool!
