Wanting to add a thrid display to my PC, nothing special, just a display for media player. I'm currently using an PCI-E ATI 3450. Will a PCI ATI Radeon 9000 64MB DDR 64 be compatable??
Thanks!

It will be compatible, but a PCI Radeon 9000 is pretty damned old. I wouldn't foresee a problem, but your usage may be limited. You say 'media player'. Does that mean you're going to run full screen video on it? If so, SD will probably be fine, but 720p or higher is almost certainly a no go.

That may be a question for somebody else, but I'd wager the 8400GS from Nvidia, or 2400 from ATI would be decent cheapish choices. Both have hardware video acceleration, I just can't vouch for the PCI variants personally, though the PCI-E versions of each I've used wish success with HD video content.

The 9000 may be limited in that it is a legacy product and drivers may not be exactly the same or as frequently updated as your HD4350's.

I suggest you look at any of the Radeon HD cards: 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 series. Any card should work fine and will add support for another monitor.
