I've purchased a second hand system from arstechnica from a trust-worthy seller (who's probably around here as well), it should arrive in a week or so; coming with the following components:
ASUS M4A785-M
Phenom II X4 945 (125W)
1X1GB + 1X2GB DDR2
500GB Seagate
DVD-RW
ATI Theatre tuner
The PSU in that system is currently.

I have a Radeon 4850 that I would like to put into the system to speed up some applications.
Knowing the PSU contained, I purchased the system; by experience, I think that an Antec is usually not going to be over-rated. And the resulting system would likely have a peak draw between 250W and 275W range. So it's likely that the PSU that comes with the system would suffice for what I need it to do.
I just want to solicit some opinions from the PSU afficienados around here: How much chance is there that this PSU would not be sufficient for the configuration, and would be so flaky that I might be forced to replace it with a more robust unit in the near future.
I'll need to buy a few things from newegg (for a totally different system) in the next couple of days. I was wondering, by the opinion in this forum, whether I should just go ahead and purchase a spare PSU with higher capacity, for the just in case scenario. (even if it is unused right now, it won't go to waste, as it will be used eventually.) And if that is the case, can anyone recommend a solid PSU that has a good bang for the buck.
Thanks in advance
