Adding PVR to HTPC - which USB tuner?

I want to add PVR functionality to my HTPC using Frodo and wondered which USB tuner you would recommend.

System:
Zotac HD-1D11 running Win 7
XBMC Frodo

I need USB as the Zotac doesn't have expansion slots. I want NTSC/ATSC/ClearQAM so was thinking of the Hauppauge 1191 WinTV-HVR-950Q TV Tuner Stick.

I was thinking of using NextPVR for the backend. IS this a good choice?

The HDhomerun is better than USB and it connects via the network.
