Adding new Address Book entries in Outlook XP

Hello Everyone. I recently upgraded to Win2K from 98SE and I've re-installed everything. Now I don't mind doing everything over in my Outlook address book but somehow, it's not letting me. I can add people as "contacts" though. I get this message in the address book window: You cannot create entries for this Address Book". Is there any way to override this? There are no other user profiles in this computer and I know I'm under "Administrators". Please help. Thanks.
