Question Adding MVMe Drive and Replacing RAM

I'll be replacing my DDR5, 16 GB 4800 with 32 GB 6000. I will also be adding an MVMe drive (E drive). This is on Win 11. Can I just put both in at once or do one, boot, then the other? Been 13 years since I built a PC and don't know if things have changed. TIA
