Adding More Memory

Right now I have Crucial Ballistix BL12864AA804.16FD3 DDR2-800
2x 1024 MB at DDR2-1066 and would like to add another two. I just can't seem to find this identical memory (purchased a year 1/2 ago).

If I just get more ballistix ddr2-1066 ram will that work? Do I need to worry about timings or anything else?

Crucial's Ballistix line seems to be declining in quality for some reason only known to Crucial.

My advice, since DDR2 is so cheap now, is to sell the Crucial off while it's still working and simply buy a 4GB kit (PC2-6400 @ 1.8-1.9v) of G.Skill, Corsair XMS2 or Mushkin.
