Adding Memory to X399

I have an Aorus Extreme X399 motherboard with 4x8gb F4-3200C14Q-32GTZ. Do you the the board would accept 4x16gb F4-3200C14Q-64GTZ of the same? This would be addition instead of replacement.

It will work but you might need to reduce RAM clock to less to 3200MHz as it will be more load for the memory controllers. Probably with just 4x16GB you would still be able to run at 3200MHz.
