Adding FTP Network Place, XP

I've never done this before.

I am trying to add an ftp site to my network places by clicking "Add Network Place" and putting in the ip and stuff. It works but I am only seeing two files. Am I not doing this right? Do I need to specify the full path or something? Is this the right forum for this question?
