Adding files on a burnt CDR in Nero?

First time I'm using Nero so please bear with me.

I've just used the CD to CD-R Copy feature and successfully copied a whole CD to a CD-R. Now, question is how do I add files from my hard drive to this CD?

Note: The burnt CD is only half full.

The cd copy command copies the original exactly. If the original was closed to further writing, the copy will be as well. You have to use create multisession disk.
