I have an account that basically is gmail but it's domain name isn't @gmail.com it's @xxxyyyzzz.com [example]. How can I add it to Outlook. I mean it looks the same as gmail and you log into it through gmail.com

Hi, You can add the E-Maill directly. You need to select Manually configure server, then Enter the Email Address and server Add as Pop.gmail.com and Smtp.gmail.com.
Once done the User name should the same as you use to signin to the webmail account. This will do it . If you have any issues with the receiving or Sending Email. Try changing the ports to

Incoming Mail (POP3) Server - requires SSL:pop.gmail.com
Use SSL: Yes
Port: 995Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - requires TLS3 or SSL:smtp.gmail.com (use authentication)
Use Authentication: Yes
Port for TLS/STARTTLS: 587
Port for SSL: 465Account Name:your full email address (including @gmail.com or@your_domain.com)Email Address:your email address (username@gmail.com orusername@your_domain.com)Password:your Gmail password
