Question Adding CPU USB hub via PCIe USB hub/card

Hi there, I'm looking for a solid if not top tier (if there is such a thing) PCIe USB card. I'd like to split my devices onto separate USB hubs that are linked to the CPU by adding a PCIe USB card. I have an X570 platform and will have to split the PCIE x16 lanes. I have 2 8Khz input devices. Can I get some recommendations?

All four porta are 10gbps and active at yhe same time, the one I linked is one 10gbps and the other four ports share 10gbps.

Is there anything wrong with ASmedia (ASM 1143) as show in one of the reviews? Might not be the best route to go.. hmm
