adding another set of 16gb ram....

currently im running a set of 2x8gb 16gb ram:

im thinking of adding another 16gb for a total of 32gb, but can i just straight up buy the same set of 2x8gb ram and slot it in, or do i need to get the whole 4x8gb kit together?

You can add another 16GB Ripjaws X kit and be fine.
When maxing out memory slots, it's best to install identical kits (CAS, speed, voltage), to avoid compatibility issues.

would having 4 full slots of ram slow down my booting time or have other negative effects?
