adding an extra water pump

Right now i got a Kingwin As 3000 cooling my cpu and video card. it also goes through another external radiator too. Because of this i think its having lower flow rates. to compensate, do you think i can add an external water pump between the cpu and video card. the new one iam planning to buy is going to have much higher flow rate than the pump is AS 3000. Basically iam gonna have to two water pumps in series. What do you guys think? will it work?

It's typically best to have the pumps directly in series, ie pump-pump-rad-block1-block2. This will give you the most effective increase in flow/pressure.

it wont matter if the pumps have two different flow rates. like 180L/H, and 560L/H?
and wat about pump-pump-radiator-block-radiator-block.

It will matter, because if one is pulling faster than the other, you'll be forcing one of the pumps. Like they say, head pressure is the most important factor, if your system is closed, you'll just be putting strain on both pumps.
