My desktop currently has a video card with dual port (vga and dvi).
I have two monitors but would like to add a third one. Can I just add a second video card?
If so, I assume I would need to get a PCI since my one AGP is filled.

Yes.

It's kinda hard to find PCI cards these days, but an old voodoo 3 or Matrox card should do the trick if you're planning to run with a VGA connector... (though if you want DVI or want to run super high resolutions, you may need to look at alternatives)

EDIT: OK, not that hard to find PCI cards .... there are a bunch, but you probably will need to drop $30-$40. Something like a Radeon 7000 would work, but there are lots of options out there ....
