Adding a Partition

I have two hard drives in my computer. One has two partitions. Windows is on one and the other is used for data. The other hard drive also has two partitions. One has Linux installed on it and the other BSD. There is also a large section on the second disk which is unpartitioned. Is there a way I can add an NTFS or FAT32 partition to the unpartitioned space on the second disk by using Windows? Should I grab a copy of Partition Magic to get the job done?

You should be able to go to control panel/administrative tools/computer management/disk management and right click on the unpartitioned area and format it there.....
