I have an Antec case, I'm adding a 2nd DVD/CD Burner and a Card Reader/USB 2.0 thing. I was wondering if it was safe to just take those metal parts off that cover the front of the bays.

Is it alright to just take those metal things off? How would I do it?
Edit: nm, just took them off, all I had to do was removed the 1st CD/DVD Burner. It's cool now.
