Hey, so I've only had different memories once, it was in a Pentium 4 rig back in the day, I had 1GB DDR2 and 512mb DDR2, back then it didn't have any issues. Both ram were different manufacturers and different MHz.
I have Asus P8B75-M LX Plus motherboard.
Right now I have 4GB 1600MHz CL11 ram. I'm looking of adding a 8GB 1600MHZ CL9 ram. Will there will be any issues ?
I could obviously just add 4GB 1600mhz,cl9 of ram and be set, but the 8GB ram is just 15% more expensive than the 4GB one and I'm looking to future proof a little bit.
