System:
P4 2.4C @ 2.91
2x512mb Corsair XMS @ 2-3-3-6
Running at 3:2 divider, which puts the RAM at ~161 mhz. Reason is running at 5:4 divider is unstable for some reason.

I have been doing a lot of work with VMware and Photoshop lately (deadly combination), and have determined that adding another 2gb RAM should solve the problem. Given the slow rate at which CPUs are speeding up, I don't think I'll be upgrading that for a while.

With that, what kind of RAM should I get? Here's a link to Newegg's 1gb department:

Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. Hmm...that memory is rated at PC4000. Since I plan to keep the PC3200 memory I have, and since I'll probably just keep the same overclock on the CPU (thus causing the memory to run at 161mhz), wouldn't this memory be a bit overkill?

Edit: Heh, I forgot to answer the price range question :) I don't have any specific limit in mind, but I don't want to spend money unnecessarily either. To be clear: I sure could use the 2 gb based on what task manager is showing me, so I'm basically just trying to find out what 2x1gb sticks would be the best match for my system.
