i passed level 25 and doing grandmaster, cant get pass level three in grandmaster though

I don't remember most of what I did on 23, but I know you have to pull the ball into the hole instead of pushing it....the green telescope just left to the hole is the one you pull the ball in with. You just have to get the ball to the right of the hole and then pull it in with the green one. sorry so confusing! hope it helps a little.

I have the ball on the upper left portion of the screen. Can't figure out how to get it back down close to the hole. Help!
