Why all the confusion. Do they not teach US history in school anymore, or did those of you who are old enough forget Nixon/Agnew/Ford/Rockfeller
Not to defend them, but do you remember everything you were taught in highschool?

An FYI political challenge,

What were the last two Republican and Democratic (each) presidents to serve at least two full terms?

Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton. Bleh highlighted the 2 and I still missed it. Add Dwight Eisenhower and FDR.

Good - my question was poorly misstated.

Want two from each party.

Modifed the post to clarify this.

Off the top of my head, two republicans, Ronald Reagan and maybe Teddy Roosevelt?

As far as democrats, Bill Clinton of course and I'm not sure if Harry Truman qualifies as he served briefly as VP so maybe FDR.

Truman did not serve 2 full terms. He inherited more than half of FDR's, therefore the ammendment passed by congress to prevent another FDR scenario prevented him from running for office in '52.

Truman was also a Democrat

Eisenhower(R) was elected in 1952 and re-elected in 1956. Truman became President in 1945 after FDR died and was relected in 1948. he chose not to run for re-election in 1952 so he does not count for 2 complete terms. After Eisenhower Reagan was the next Republican to serve 2 complete terms and Clinton the first Democrat since FDR to complete 2 full terms.
