Add Win98 to Win2K Boot Loader?

Instead of installing 98 on the first partition like I had done in the past, I installed Win98 to a second drive. The problem is that Windows2000 boot loader doesn't see it. Is there a way to edit a file so the Win2k boot loader will come up and let me choose between the two? Or do I have to waste space and install bootmagic?
