Add to boot partition in W2K?????

Is there any way to increase the size of the boot partition in W2k without spending any money?? I don't think there is but maybe someone out there can tell me different.
 
partition magic maybe. I'm sure you could find a copy which means you wouldn't have to spend money. I dont' the disk administrator can resize partitions. COrrect me if i'm wrong
