Add Tapatalk Support?

Was wondering if it's be possible to add Tapatalk (http://www.tapatalk.com/) support to these forums.

Tapatalk supports iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Nokia systems, and make it easy to browse and post to forums on those mobile devices.

Hi guys;

After some discussion among the mods, we're going to ask that you please disable your Tapatalk signatures when posting here on the AT Forums. Technically the extra sig is in violation of our rules - you already have a dedicated sig space - and because it's in the main body of the post, other readers can't hide it as they can your dedicated sigs. This is proving to be quite annoying to some people.

If you feel the need to have a Tapatalk sig, please add it to your dedicated sig instead.

-Thanks

Adding a 3rd party plugin will add 1 more possible intrusion point to the forum that will need to be verified and monitored. Any 3rd party plugin will also add complexity to the administration process of the forum as well. In addition, it sets precedant that AT will install 3rd party aps, which vB isn't too keen with on their paid support. If There was someone who was dedicated to keeping the forum up, I can see it happening. It took about a year to switch to vB (no dedicated resource, and minimal resources anyway), so I don't see this happening unless Anand will dedicate a resource to forum management.

I would suggest looking at plugins that do not require the server side to implement anything.

There are probably 1000 people willing to volunteer for this as we speak.

Maybe Derek can do it?

Heck, I didn't even know there was a mobile site.

I don't have Tapatalk but it seems that tons of forums I frequent are adopting it. Either that or, like AVS, making their own apps.
