add startup .exe to Server 2003 core

I need to have an .exe file run when my servers restarts. I can add it to a Startup folder, but I think that'll only work when someone logs in. I want this exe to be running in the background at all times, so even when it reboots automatically and no one is logged in I need it running.

Any help appreciated.

The Task Scheduler is capable of running programs with no user logged in.
