add/remove program list is empty!

Not exactly off topic, but heck, i'd get a lot of responses. Argh!!! I happened to uninstall a program and apparently, it took the whole dang list along with it. Is there any way I can restore the list again? I checked the HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall registry and it's empty 🙁
