Add printer to windows xp

I help maintain several coputers at my work. We have many networked printers scattered throughout the business. I have to manually set up each printer on each laptop in order for the mobile laptops to be able to print where they are at the time the print function is needed. My question, is there a way I could copy a printer from one laptop to another without having to go through windows set up to do each printer on each laptop?
