add my own folders/shortcuts to the My Computer

Ok this is a stupid little question but I would like to know how to do it. In windows on the My Computer they will list all the drive, network drives, and if you are log in locally you my documents folder.

My question is how can I add my own folders/shortcuts on my system to the My Computer.

i am runnign Windows XP

My Computer folder if you can can call it that. if you open the My Computer icon it takes you to a directoy listing that has all your drives.
