Add-in TV card

I can't speak specifically about either model but I have the 250 and love it. No problems at all and it captures very well.

Will I need to attach a splitter to my Cox TV cable so that one goes to my router for internet, and other to coax connector on back of Hauppage TV card?
 
I have the PVR 250......its great!
First one was defective...buy where you can exchange if there is a problem
 
Is the Hauppauge PVR series that much better than the leadtek tv tuners? Considering that the Hauppauge PVR 150 is almost 2x the price of the leadtek.
