Add files to an existing cab file?

Is there any way to addd files to an existing cab file?

Yes. I've used a utility called cabpack to create cab files.

I need to add files to a preexisting cab. This appears to only create a new cab (like the rest of the programs i've found)

So extract the old cab and recreate it with the new files in it.
