Add digital audio out to laptop

I am hoping to repurpose an old laptop (Thinkpad T40) as a HTPC for playback of media using Boxee. As the line out sound quality is marginal, I need to add a digital audio out to the laptop. As I will be using my receiver's DAC, I don't care about the analog out on the sound card.

Can you recommend a USB sound card that has coax or toslink spdif digital audio out?

Looking to spend around US$50

OS is Windows XP Pro SP3 (32-bit)

keep in mind if you want bit perfect HD sound, such as Blu-ray you are going to need something that supports 192KHz.
