add commands to existing .MSI file

I have an existing .msi file that im trying to push out with a gpo assigned install however it will not complete the install because it needs a server referenced. So I was wonder if there is a program or way to build a msi with pre set commands to enter the correct info. Ive tired advanced installer re packager but it fails to make a valid package
