Hey,
First off, let me clear that, i'm not a tech guy and hardly understand the techy talks. So, all i want to ask is, can i add additional ram memory on https aka ms remoteconnect my laptop? I'm currently using acer laptop (2015) with 8 GB Ram. Can anyone suggest me some good yt videos on how to DIY?

Yes we need the exact model number.
 
You are not tech guy then no issue. please let me know the model number so that we can check online configuration of your laptop. and suggest you about adding memory card on your laptop.
